European Union

- Free standard shipping on orders over £100
Please note that EU orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
During peak periods and new drops, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also track your order through your account on our website.
Returns
Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- In their original condition with all tags attached
- In the original packaging
Items that have been worn, washed, damaged by the customer, or have had tags removed cannot be returned.
How to Return
- Email us at info@kramclo.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with return instructions and a returns form
- Package your item(s) securely and include the completed returns form
- Send the parcel using a tracked delivery service
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we have sent the wrong item.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the returns process above and note your preferred exchange in your email. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@kramclo.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free return and send you a replacement or full refund.
